Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Metodist account and all related personal data. Below are the in-app and web deletion paths.

Delete from inside the app

In the app, go to the Profile section, choose Delete Account, and confirm. Once complete, your account and related data are removed.

Web deletion request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot reach the in-app option, send a deletion request from your account email to [email protected]. Put Delete Account in the subject line.

After we verify your request, we permanently delete your account and related data within 30 days at the latest.

Data deleted and retained

After deletion, your account identifier, profile information, timetable, the content you created and your PDF download history are permanently deleted.

Only records we are legally required to keep (for example accounting and purchase records) are retained for the period required by law and then deleted.
