Terms of Use

The app is provided by MotiveX Intelligence Inc. (Manisa, Turkey). In these terms, we means MotiveX Intelligence and you means the person using the app.

Subject to your compliance with the law and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your professional use. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works of the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing purposes
• Disrupt the security or operation of the app or attempt unauthorized access
• Send excessive requests through automated tools or bots
• Impersonate or harass another user
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

Google or Apple sign-in is optional. On first launch the app creates an anonymous device session for guest use; you may later connect Google or Apple to back up data across devices. You can delete the session and related data through the methods in our Privacy Policy.

Monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions are offered through the App Store and Google Play and are subject to the relevant store terms. The current amount, currency, duration, any store trial, renewal, and cancellation rules are shown live from the store on the purchase screen. The separate no-card three-day premium preview that starts on first launch is not a store subscription and cannot create an automatic charge.

The app provides curriculum-based content standards, a KSQ and BSQ question bank, a grade calculator, MIQ practice and official document templates. The exams, documents and calculations you create are a starting point. It is your responsibility to review the content and verify its curriculum compliance before official use.

The app, its design, logos, text, software, and all content belong to MotiveX Intelligence or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Documents and content you create in the app belong to you.

The app uses third-party services including Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Gemini, and RevenueCat. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

The app is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The content in the app is for support only and is not a substitute for the official source.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MotiveX Intelligence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. We announce significant changes via in-app notice. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Manisa. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.

On iOS, these Terms of Use serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the app. Unless stated otherwise, Apple's standard Licensed Application EULA also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
