How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile and follow the Delete Account step, then confirm. If you cannot reach the app, submit a request at metodist.motivexintelligence.com/delete-account.
My purchased features are not restored.
Use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen and make sure you are signed in with the same account.
I am not receiving lesson reminders.
Check that notification permission for Metodist is enabled in device settings.
Is the generated content compliant with the curriculum?
Content standards are taken from official curriculum sources and shown with the 2013 and 2024 coding. We recommend reviewing the exams and documents you create before official use.
I found a bug, how do I report it?
Email [email protected] with your device model and app version. We will get back to you soon.
Delete account
You can delete your account and related data from inside the app or via the web. After we verify your request, we permanently delete it within 30 days.
